Here we have a in house design for. Notching any truck frame on the planet!

Because we can cut it in house to any specification you desire and they are made here in the USA. We can customize any notch to your specification, just supply the dimensions and we will draw it and cut it for you. Our standard 10 notch dimensions are as follows. This kit is CNC laser cut from 3/16 steel plate which makes it perfect for notching any mini s ize truck up to a 1 ton dually frame. Th is notch was desi gned with a heavy duty truck in mind and with the correct cross-member you can attach a goose neck or fifth wheel to this and tow any trailer the you t ruck is originally rated for! We are now offering this kit with an opt ional integrated air bag bracket on the lower notch plate! All customers requesting this option will receive the new style lower plate in 3/16 steel with the bag bracket so you can mount your bags just inboard or out board of the frame.

This option is an additional 45.00.... This is a groundbreaking idea that is not offered anywhere else and is much stronger, faster to install, and cleaner that any other method on the market! This kit will yield professional results every time. The side plates, upper and lower caps are extra long so you can cut them to your desired length and are 3 wide to accommodate any frame.

The measurements for the 10" are 14" tall, 14" wide at the top, 24" wide at the bottom, 15.50" wide at the inside bottom, and 8.5" wide at the inside top. This notch will give you 10 of more axle clearance. You should be able to lay the frame with 24 wheels on low profile tires on a duallie. This kit is also available in 1 / 8 as well for light duty trucks if you are looking for a kit that is not quite as strong but a little more cost effective. Also brackets and tabs and coming soo n link bars and suspension parts! Make sure to measure the width of your frame so we can make the caps the correct size also. Anything larger than a 10 notch will be an additional charge. We can also in-house weld the notch together for an additional charge. We are trying this product out to see what kind of demand we will have so these will be made to order.

There will be a little lead time in the shop to get these out but we will try our best to get these out quickly. We are also able to do custom orders for all most any type of part.
