High quality, large diameter hydraulic steel cylinder units reduce the oil pressure required to increase the load, helping to reduce wear and extend service life. Piston plungers feature a Y-shaped polyurethane seal with a support ring to prevent the load from dropping slowly or drifting around the oil. Piston plungers are treated and polished to prevent scuffing.

The hydraulic pump is made of QT450 ductile iron, which is stronger than other types of cast iron and therefore has higher durability. Hydraulic system is powered by high quality oil for better corrosion resistance and high/low temperature flexibility and can operate in temperatures from 40 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Includes extra long handle for easy pumping.
